Canadian High Commission have engaged Optimised Buildings through Wates (FM provider) to provide their Trend IQ Vision upgrade along with Optimisation of the BeMS to complement the BeMS Maintenance and Energy Monitoring services.
As part of Bouygues Energy Services contract with Leicestershire County Council we have been contracted to upgrade the controls at the school to deliver long term savings. A Trend BeMS system is being deployed with optimised control strategies.
Precision Polymer Engineering have contracted Optimised Buildings through Octego, (their energy services provider) to deliver a BeMS solution to control and manage their industrial presses at their headquarters facility.
Deployment of an Analytics project to monitor the time schedules and setpoints from the Trend BeMS across the South Kensington estate. It is expected through this project a saving of around 5% will be realised providing a payback in less than 1 year.
A BeMS maintenance contract at one of the largest office buildings in Reading. This follows on from the optimisation works that were undertaken in 2017 and has been let by the incumbent hard services FM provider, NG Bailey
Full optimisation services at the flagship Park Lane Hotel including BeMS upgrades, project works, optimisation strategies and BeMS maintenance. The contract is a 2 year contract to upgrade the dated Honeywell Excel control system to the latest Tridium N4 system. Vinci Facilities are delivering services under a PFI contract for 6 schools in Derby, as part of this we have been providing BMS maintenance and energy services for the past 5 years on the Trend system. Under their lifecycle replacement program we have recently upgraded all 6 schools to the latest IQ4 controllers.
