The company, Optimised Buildings led by Gary Bark has delivered 100’s of sites and are preparing to roll out across a 500-property retail estate in the UK slated to save the company in excess of £1m per month. With a portfolio of services now available the business is able to custom fit a solution to meet the needs a wide variety of commercial buildings to make significant savings and provide an ongoing service to ensure quality and consistency.
