Ivanhoe School in Leicestershire, had escalating energy costs. Working with Optimised Buildings, an on-going monitoring system is now used. They have a dashboard giving usable data, enabling huge savings, equivalent to taking 19 cars off the road each year!
The data is shared with the pupils, alongside the business and facilities teams, giving a real life lesson in energy management. Meanwhile the school is saving money, helping the environment and has supporting information for an application for a site wide windows upgrade.
